These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, where we offer help preparing and submitting Ecuador visa and travel-authorization applications. By using our site or placing an order, you're accepting the terms below in full.
We want to be upfront: we are a private company, not the Government of Ecuador, its immigration service, or any Ecuadorian embassy or consulate. We assist travelers with the paperwork side of their application in exchange for a service fee — we don't grant visas ourselves.
We may revise these Terms from time to time; the version posted on our site at the time you place an order is the one that applies. Some services may have their own extra conditions, which will be shown to you where relevant.
If part of our service requires an account, you agree to give us accurate, up-to-date, and complete information, since we rely on it to handle your request properly. You need to be at least 18 to register; applications on behalf of a minor are made by their parent or legal guardian.
Protect your own login details — you're responsible for whatever happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access. We can't be held responsible for issues arising from an account you didn't keep secure.
We can modify, pause, or discontinue any part of our website or services at any time, without needing to give notice, and without owing you compensation for doing so.
If you use our site on a phone or tablet, your carrier's usual data and message charges may apply, and not every feature works identically across devices. By ordering with us, you agree we (and our partners) may contact you by text or email about your application. Please update your contact details if your phone number changes, so updates don't go to someone else.
Timeframes shown on our website for Ecuador visa or authorization processing are estimates only, not guarantees. Final decisions and timing rest solely with Ecuadorian immigration authorities and may change without notice. We're not responsible for delays caused by matters outside our control — including weather events, government portal outages, strikes, or civil disturbances. Visa requirements can be updated at short notice; while we try to keep our information current, you shouldn't rely on our site as a substitute for checking official government sources.
Cancellation windows
When refunds apply
Once your visa or authorization is issued No cancellations or refunds are available once your document has been approved and issued — even if your plans change afterward. The fee remains payable in full.
Timing and data We process cancellations promptly on our side, though your bank may take 4–17 business days to reflect the refund. Once an application is cancelled, your personal information is removed from our systems as described in our Privacy Policy.
Additional refund details A processing fee (from $20, depending on currency) may apply to cover banking costs. We may pause a refund where an issue originates from the customer's side. Currency conversion may mean the refunded amount differs slightly from what was originally paid.
We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost profits or data — arising from your use of our service, even where we were aware such losses were possible. Regardless of how a claim is framed, our total liability to you will never exceed USD $99.
We apply reasonable technical safeguards, including encryption and secure servers, but no online system is entirely risk-free, and we can't guarantee absolute protection against breaches. We're not liable for losses from a breach outside our reasonable control. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and being cautious with your personal information online.
We use established third-party payment processors and don't store your full card details ourselves. Data sent to these processors is protected with SSL encryption, and we only work with providers who meet strong security standards.
Our service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. You use our website and services at your own risk.
Ecuadorian immigration regulations can change without notice, and we're not liable for resulting delays or costs. Where liability applies to us at all, it's capped at the fee you paid us for the relevant service.
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how our site is used and to improve it. You can adjust your browser to flag or block cookies.
We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and we may receive information about you when you connect through a third-party account such as Google or Facebook.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or restrict it, except where retention is briefly needed for legal compliance, disputes, or fraud investigations. We may share data with affiliated companies, trusted service providers, or authorities where legally required.
We're an independent private business with no affiliation to the Government of Ecuador or any embassy or consulate. Content on our site is provided in good faith, but we don't guarantee its accuracy, and using it is at your own risk.
